i can’t stand your ground.
It’s June. If you’re involved in corporate rainbows this month, consider this.
Because I am finding it hard to provide answers right now, I have been reminding myself to ask more questions about the work and the worlds over which I have influence:
- who is this for?
- who does this help?
- who will this harm?
- who will use this for harm?
- how will this be used for harm?
- how do the answers (or lack thereof) to the above change our approach?
What are your questions?
I am not sure if there are always answers, but there is power in the asking.
