I am mostly furious, and because this is not a good state for me to be in for an extended period I have been trying to redirect my rage into work and works.

Continuing to raise $ for students at the Newmark Graduate School of Journalism.
Supporting small and medium-sized white-women-and-minority-owned* businesses by buying gift cards and business sweatpants.
Sending what I would have spent on various now-cancelled services directly to people who can’t work right now, like my nail technician.
Checking in on friends and family.
Checking in on myself.
*Does this phrasing make you uncomfortable? Because you are now confronted with what the more commonly used expression “women and minorities” glosses over? It’s ok. Breathe through it, and then think about why that explicitness made you uncomfortable.
